FACT: Furnaces built 15 years ago were very inefficient and low quality. Today’s furnaces have doubled the efficiency to lower your utility bills and operate much quieter.

Because of our mild winter climates we recommend a 2 stage furnace that will operate on a low heat setting that will prevent that initial blast of heat that can be very uncomfortable.

Cooling

If you are shopping for a new cooling system we always recommend that a heat load calculation be done to determine what size and applications should be to ensure the highest all year round comfort and the lowest utility bills.

Many contractors will replace your system with the same size. In most cases it will be the wrong system for you. At the same time the Airtronics representatives will ask you if there are any other issues you are experiencing; hot and cold spots, hi humidity, dusty conditions, these are just some examples. This is the time to correct any of your concerns.

Indoor Air Quality

Many of these air quality issues are not related to your HVAC equipment.
