“We had our central air went out last week and your service man Barry came out and worked on it. I was extremely impressed with his attitude, demeanor, and his professionalism. He did a good job and got our air back on. I think too many people call and complain but when things go good they never bother to call and speak well of the tech and I want ya’ll to know that I think you have a real good guy in Barry and we really appreciate the way he handled it.
